| Macquarie Power & Infrastructure Income Fund Declares May 2008 Cash Distribution
| | TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 20, 2008) - Macquarie Power & Infrastructure Income Fund (TSX:MPT.UN)(TSX:MPT.DB) ("MPT", the "Fund") today declared a cash distribution for the month of May 2008 of $0.08750 per trust unit. The distribution will be paid on June 16, 2008 to unitholders of record at the close of trading on May 30, 2008.
A distribution of $0.08750 per unit will also be paid on June 16, 2008 to holders of record on May 30, 2008 of Class B Exchangeable Units of MPT LTC Holding LP, an indirect subsidiary entity of the Fund.
