Separately, CleanTech announced that Michael Kime has been promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Kime previously served as General Counsel. He will continue in that role in addition to his new executive responsibilities.

Before joining CleanTech Biofuels, Mr. Kime was a partner in the St. Louis law firm Sauerwein, Simon, Blanchard & Kime, P.C. where he managed the firm's corporate law practice.
